When Amberley Beatty
steps on stage, the spirit, and
soul of one of the most
known singers in the history
of pop and country music
comes to life as the legend-
ary Patsy Cline.
Patsy Cline's two diverse
looks are captured in even-
ing gown and Western style
dress, complete with the sul-
try sound and bright red lip-
stick of the early 1960s.
When asked how she
was influenced, Beatty
explained," when I was a
little girl the best time of
my life was sitting at the
breakfast table with my
grandpa listening to the
oldies country station on
the radio. He and I would
sing along to his favour-
ite songs like Loretta

Lynn, Hank Williams and
of course Patsy Cline. I
think that is where it all
began."
And so begins this magi-
cal ride. For those fans
who would never see the
real Patsy Cline perform
live, they will be brought
as close as can be when
Amberley captures her
essence in every note she
sings - and she'll have a
heck of a lot of fun doing it
too - expect to sing along,
laugh, and at times be
brought to tears by this
very special performance.
The live show is on May
13 at 8 p.m. at the Blyth
Memorial Hall. All Tickets
are $35, all inclusive.

519-523-9300.
