The election of church board members was held, and the following were elected: Or- ville Beuerman, Edward Scher- barth, Jr, and Fred Jung. The retiring boardmembers are Ir- vin Miller, Harold Wurdell and Leonard Rose. Other board members are Ronald Hinz, Har- old Mogk, Antone Siemon and Robert Beuerman. There were two marriage, 10 baptisms, six funerals, and five members transferred. Rev. Harold Brill is the pastor. The installation took place during the Sunday service. The Married Couples group of St. Peter's Lutheran Church held their Christmas social in the church basement. After a short business meeting" progres- sive crokinole was played, with prizes going to Mrs. Reuben Buuck, Ralph Fisher, Wilbur Hoegy and Mrs, Mervyn Hod- gert. A gift exchange was to have been held, but instead a gift is to be given to the burnt- out family of Mr. and Mrs. Ken- neth Elligsen. A delicious lunch was served.
