which is hereunder written, is
a true copy of a proposed By-
law of the Corporation of -the
Town of Seaforth which was
given first and second reading
on the 10th day' of 'October,
1967. The Municipal Council
has agreed to submit' such pro-
posed By-law to the electors
of the Town of-Seaforth to ob-
tain the assent of the. electors
to increase the number of
members of .the Public Utilit-
ies Commission of then Town
of Seaforth from three Mem-
bers to five members:
TAKE NOTICE further that
Bylaw No. 768 for .1967; a
copy of which is 'hereunder
written, is a true. copy of a
proposed By-law of the •Cor-
poration of the wn of Sea -
forth which. -was given first'
and second reading on the
lath day of November, ; x9'67.
The, Municipal. Council has ag-
reed to submit such proposed
by-law to the electors of the
Town of Seaforth to obtain
the assent of the electors. to
decrease the number of coun-
ciilors on the Municipal Coun-
cil of the Town of Seaforth
from six., councillors to four
councillors. -
If the assent- of the electors
is obtained • to these by-laws

A By-law to provide for the
increase of the members of
the Public Utilities Comini'si
sion of the Town of Seaforth
from three members to five
members. -
WHEREAS The Public Util-
ities Commission of the Town
of Seaforth consisting of three
members was .established by
By -mow No. 105, for 1911 of
the 'Town of Seaforth passed
with the assent of the elector's.
AND WHEREAS The Pub-
lic Utilities. Act, R.S.O. 1960,
Chapter 335, provides -t'h a t
where a Commission has been
in existence for not less than
five years, the,.Councii of the
Corporation may by bylaw,
subject to the assent of the el-
ectors, provide that the nhetm-;
bers of the Commission shall
be increased to five members.
THEREFORE the muniei al
Council of the Town of Sea -
forth enacts as follows:
1, Subject to the assent of
the electors, The Public Utili-
ties Commission of the Town
of Seaforth shall from the
time of the Municipal elec-
tions next ensuing be increas-
ed from three members to five
members.
2. This Byalaw shall come
into effect on the date of the
final passing thereof.
