Members of the COXT' spon-

at Northside United Church on
Saturday afternoon. Mrs. Gar
Baker, leader, of the group and
sixteen girls modelled costumes
which ranged from gowns worn
in 1867 to the dress of the pre-
sent day mod of 1967. One of
the interesting c -ewes modell-
ed was the weddnig dress worn
by the first bride married in
what is now Northside United
Church, Seaforth.
The fashions were presented
against a background of beauti-
ful spring flowers- The com-
mentator for the show was
Mary Oke.
An old-fashioned lunch was
served to the guests at cafe
style tables decorated with col-
orful lunch cloths and small
flower arrangements in old
vases.

serving -the lunch -were: Rose-
mary Newnham, Mary Jean Fry,
