For Annual Picnic
The 31st Annual Harrison
Reunion was held June llth
at Seaforth Lions Park.
Over ninety people were in
attendance from, Brantford,
London, Lucknow, Teeswater,
Goderich, Clinton, Brucefield,
Mitchell, Hensall, Seaforth
and surrounding area.
Dinner and supper were
served after a full afternoon
of sports, ball game and a
peanut scramble for the child-
ren. The officers for 1967
were appointed. They were:

BEEF MEXICANA
(Makes 4 or 5 Servings)
1 pound round steak, cut in 1/ -inch strips; flour; 1/a 'cup
butter; 1 medium onion, thinly sliced; 1 small green pepper,
cut in thin strips; 1 (20-ounce).can mixed vegetable juices;
2 tablespoons lightly -packed brown sugar; e/s teaspoon nut-
meg;' % teaspoon ground cloves; 1 teaspoon salt; 2 table-
spoons vinegar; 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce; 1 bay
leaf; 1 (10 -ounce) can sliced mushrooms, chained;
Coat steak lightly with flour. Melt butter in frying pan; add
steak and brown. Add onion and green pepper and fry
gently until vegetables are'alrnost tender. Stir in remaining
ingredients. Simmer; covered, about 1 hour. Remove bay
leaf: Serve over hot buttered noodles or rice.
