The bride is the daughter of Mrs. Stewart Evans and the late Mr. Evans. Rev. Charles Winn of Monk ton performed the (1ouble-ring ceremony before a setting of white candelabra and baskets,of white mums. Mr. Graeree Mc- Donald, the guest soloist sang "The Wedding Prayer", Lord's - Prayer" and during, the signing of the register, "0 Perfect Love" accompanied by Mrs. Murray Forbes. Given in marriage by her grandfather, Mr. Lynn •Evans, the bride wore a floor length gown of white Ligoda Ice Crepe. The bodice was highlighted by a shallow scooped neckline and elbow length sleeves of delicate. Swiss Guipure lace.- Elegance was portrayed in the gently con- trolled sheath skirt from the empire waist. The empire was also touched with a scallop of the same Guipure. The gown featured a detachable chapel train cascading from the . back neckline and touched with lace along the' bottom. A double French illusion veil was held in place by a dainty half crown of pearls. She carried a white Bible ' crested with talisman roses and she was attended by he sister, Beverly Evans, as m> id of honor. Bridesmaids Carol Fischer and Carol Taylor, sister -of -the--'groomTall•-were dressed identically in floor length gowns of French crepe, with daffodil yellow skirts and gold bodices with matching shoes and yellow headpieces, rEDL1i0 0 shaked iikee a rose. Ushers were Mac Webster -and Gary Evans,. broth- er of the bride. A reception was held in Cranbrook Community Centre. The . bride's ' mother reeved' the gue5,ts wearing pink and blue .flowered georgette with navy and .white accessories arfd a corsage of white carnetidn. The groom's mother assisted, wearing a Tropic • Ice Bhie crepe -dress with snatching ac- cessories' and a corsage of pink roses. For a wedding trip to East- ern Ontario, the bride chose a pink suit with back accesories sories and a corsage of white carnations. On their return, they will take up residence in Listowel, Ont.
