Born in Kingston, Mrs. Cham-
bers was educated at Batescourt,
Kingston, Branksome Hall, To-
ronto, and Vevey, Switzerland.
A mother of three, Mrs.
Chambers is past -president of
the St. Thomas Altat' Guild !and
Woman's Association. She has
also- worked with the Owen
Sound branch of the Canadian
Red Cross Society and ls• cur
rently chairman of the volun-
teer service. •°
