The Council of The TOWNSIBP OF HIBBERT, pursuant to
the Tile Drainage Act, enacts as 'fellows;
(1) That the Reeve may from time to time, subject to the pro-
visions of this By -Law, borrow on the credit of the Corpora-
tion of the Municipality such turn not exceeding the
