Centre was a busy place on
Sunday Dec, 16th when the
Vanastra and: District Lions;
and lioness` andtheir
families met to hold their
Christmas Party,, The
children went swimming and,
after a Pot Luck supper they
watched an hour long; movie:
Then Santa Clans made his
appearance and gave each
child a stocking Oiled with
Bandies and games.
The Vanastra icons held
the draw for the turkeys on
Saturday, Dec, 16th, Mr.
Steve Sager of Vanastra won
the 25 Ib, turkey, Mr. Gaston
Bernard of Vanastra won then
20 ib, turkey and Mrs.' Vic:
Quarrie of Kippen won the
glass, turkey. The proceeds
from the draws will go
towards the four youth.

The parents of Brownies,
Cubs, Guide and Scouts are
reminded that meetings for
