Tha best Christ .:nn-aspresent ever
" The best Christmas present I ever got was
a kitten. It was in my stocking when I woke
up.
t',could barely see over the stQcking
because It was so small. I too* it in my, arms
it was so cute. It hada white face and white
paws. My mom said, "You better feed him,
he's hungry." So I got a baby bottle and
warmed milk up in the microwave. I soon fed
him and he fell asleep in my arms. Then 1
gave her to my mom and opened another
present.
This present was hard it felt like wood.
When I got it open I could see that my dad 1
named my cat Jinzees. And Jinzees still is
with me today.

It was my sixth Christmas and that was
when. I was getting tate meaning of
Christmas. 1 really didn't have a best
present but my two brothers, got an air
hockey game and 1 thought it was very
amazing. On Christmas nobody had their
hands on it except little me. You must
wonder how I could possibly play by myselEl
played with our cat named Misty and every
time I banged Misty back with the cup she
would whine and hiss 1 didn't think it
really hurt, but she's a little baby so until
that Christmas day was over I had to share
because if I didn't 1 would have to play air
hockey by myself.

My favorite Christmas was in Scotland,
Europe.' We moved there when I was Sit. At
that time I didn't mind. At leant my grandma
was there.
Marta the second Christmas was drawin
near, I really missed Tetumseh, where I
used to live. 1 was thinking that Cluishnas
would not be very nice that year.
But one day I got a suprise, my cousin
Paul St. Pierre, who lived in Tecumseh was
now in a school in Manchester. And he was.
going to spgad Christmas with us.
All of a -sudden I felt that it wasn't going to
be such a bad 'Christmas after all.
When I saw him he told me all about
Tecumseh and how much he was looking
forward to spendingg his Christmas with us.
It really seemed 1'Ute a piece of Tecumseh
had walked into my house.
After that, we spent one more Christmas
there and then returned to Canada.
Nov that I live in Seaforth, Canada only
one hundred and fifty miles away from
Tecumseh, I visit my relatives about eight
times a year.
But aow 1 miss my relatives in Scotland.
even though I saw my grandma in April. I
hope that this year she will visit us, because
it is not easy living with half of your relatives
living where you live, and the other half
about three thousand miles away from you.
But, of course, you can't live in two places
at once. But if my grandma could visit us for
Christmas, my happiness would be com-
plete.

The best Christmas present I ever got. It
was some leg warmers. It keeps your legs
warm for the winter. 1 had Christmas at my
house. The next morning 1 wore my leg
warmers back to my grandma and grandpa's
trailer for Christmas. My cousine Kathy wore
her leg warmers to.

I really liked a dog that our dad got my
brother and 1 for Christmas. I liked it as soon
as I got it because I knew I'd be able to teach
him tricks. And I did. The tricks I taught him
were to roll over, stay still untill I called him,
and to jump from high places.
