L. STONEHOUSE 887-9847 The 63rd annual Belgrave School Fair is scheduled for Sept. 14. There are not too many changes planned this year from previous years according to Joyce Vincent, fair secretary. The Belgrave fair is the only school fair of its kind left in the province. That means the only exhibitors are child- renofrom the Belgrave. Blyth and Brussels public schools. As in other years, there will be school work, baking, sew- ing. pets. field crops, poultry, livestock. fruits, vegetables and flowers. One of the fairs most long standing traditions is the parade of school children and their teachers lead by the Brussels Legion Pipe Band. Games and races will be held throughout the day for the children. A lunch booth will be set up on the premises to supply fairgoers with beef on a bun and homemade pie.
