On Saturday morning at 10:00 a.m. there will be a nature hike along the Mait land trail to discover what kind of wildlife we have living in the area. Then Saturday evening at dusk there will be one of our regular features, Moonlight Movies. This weekend our films will in- clude "Ringtail". a cartoon, and a Disney film entitled "Beaver Valley". The final activity of the weekend will he an "Owl Prowl" at 11 a.m. Sunday morning. "Owl Prowl" gives von a chance to sec how well you would survive in the :.ild as a predatory bird. The Falls has facilities for picnicking, fishing, swim- ming and overnight camping. For more information on the Falls Reserve call 524- 6429. Marjorie let me have a leaf which I gave to Mary Layton to plant. In a week's time, which was unbelievable, she brought it to me in full bloom with at least half a dozen blooms and more buds to come. It was terrific. I was so pleased. 1 called it a modern Miracle. I proudly showed it to everyone who came in. Such a simple process. Suddenly it stopped blooming.
