Ross MacMillan of Waterloo visited, Friday with her Mother Mrs. Laird Mickle and they spent the day in IJayliejd and Goderich. Mr. and Mrs. Don Maclar- en of Oakville were weekend visitors with Don's mother Mrs: Bertha MacGregor. Mrs. Evelyn Flynn return- ed home after spending a week's vacation with her son-in-law and dau?hter Mr. and Mrs. Bill O'Brten, Todd and Tracey at Briaden. Mr, and Mrs. Ross Corbett in company with Mr. and Mrs. Bill Coleman, Kippen have returned from a plea- sant motor trip with camper from Western Canada. They travelled through the States to Montana crossing to Leth- bridge. The temperature one day in Montana reached 105 deg. after which the weather turned cool and windy. Out- side of that they enjoyed fair weather on the trip. a They camped several days at the home of Bill Watt and family at High River Alberta, which was only about forty tulles from Calgary, where they attended the Stampede. While camping with the Wat family, descendants of the Jackson families, natives of this area, they were most fortunate in seeing ranches at the foothills of the mountains. Lake Louise, and many other places of interest. They tra- velled home by Northern Ontario and report a most beautiful trip and holiday. Mrs. Shirley, Luther conducted worship service on Tuesday. Mr. and Mrs. Al- fred Bates visited Mrs. Scrimgeour. Harry and Beth Cole visited Miss Mary West- lake. The residents enjoyed bowling on Friday at Zurich bowling lanes. Neil Regan was high bowler.
