On Friday night at London, Johnny Freight, co -owned by Ken Parke of Varna and John Lester of Forest was second hi a 2.04.2 mile in the fourth, whilg Verdun Van - stone of R.R.4, Goderich took third with Linlor Le - belle, co -owned by his wife Lois, in a 2.02.3 mile in the seventh. John Muir/of Seaforth was second with Early Dol in a 2.06.3 mile at Elmira Race- way on Friday night for partners William Baker and Robert Caldwell of Hensall.
