The congregation was greeted by Pat Cook -and ushered by Ceeil Pepper -awl Bill I Noakes. The children's story told about :belonging to a family, whether it he a church family or your own family. The way that we become a member of the church family is through baptiasm. Victoria Bisback read the scripture and ',with Mtn Peckham sang a lovely solo. Rev. Doug Wright's sermon was all about "Keepin'the Faith" with the church and with God. The Friendship Circle meets November 6 at 1:30 pan. and the Anniversary Service . is November 19. The guest speaker will be a London Rural Life Consultant, John King. The Remembrance Day Services this year will be a combined service at the Carmel Presbyterian Church November 5 at 9:45 a.m. followed by the presentation .and laying of wreaths at the Cenotaph. This event includes a large assortment of crafts, something for everyone, and is sponsored by Hensall Minor Hockey. The Three Links Seniors Euchre Party was held October 24 with eight tables playing. Winners were: Ladies high, Pearl McKnight, second, Joyce Willert, men's high, Bill Rogerson, second, Annie Reid, lone hands Elsie Carlisle. Draw winners were: Pat Volland, Elsie Carlisle, Jean Madge and Hilda Payne. The next Euchre will be held November 28. They participated, along with some 40 other students, in a walk-a-thon for the Western Ontario Hospital for Sick Children at London. Also visiting Mrs. Wright was her sister Louise Davidson of Listowel. They were dinner guests of Mr. and Mrs. Frank Zurerigg at Listowel on Saturday.
