SPRING ADVICE
Do not Dose With Purgatives and
Weakening Medieines.-What People
Need at this Season is a Tonle
Not uxaetly sink -but not feeling quite

order, that the indoor life of winter has
left its mark upon yon and may easily
develop into more serious trouble Don't
dose yourself with purgative medicines
in the hope that you can put your blood
right, Purgatives gallop through the
system, and weaken instead of . giving
strength, What yon need jia touio
medicine that will make nevy; rich, red
blood. build up the weakeluiil nerves and
thus give yon new heals and strength
And the one medicine o do this speedi-

Live Stock mar&OLA.
Toronto March, 10 -The run at the
City Cattle Market to -day was 70 loads,
with 1,147 head of cattle, 261 sheep and
lambs, 350 hogs and 105 calves.
With the heavy run of cattle at the
market last week many of the local
wholesale butchers were enabled to lay
in pretty good stocks, and so were not
the most eager of buyers to -day having
enough staff on hand to last them a few
days yet. As a result there was a little
dragginess to the market to -day, and
trading was at times slow. While prices
were fairly well maintained for good
ordinary butcher cattle, there was not
such a ready disposition to pay fancy
prices, except in one or two oases, where
extra choice cattle were picked out, evi-
dently with a view to Easter require-
ments in the lino of fancy quality.
