The Jr. Centenaires drop-
ped their fourth game in
seven outings as they were
edged 6-5 in Port Stanley on
Sunday night.
Port Stanley opened the
scoring at the 1:13 mark of
the first period and by 6:50 of
the second, frame had jump-
ed into a 51.0 lead.
At the end of the first it
was 2-0 for the Lions. Shots
on goal were 16-15 in favor of
Port Stanley. Despite getting
15 shots on the Port Stanley
-goal the Centenaires were
badly outplayed with many of
their shots coming from far.

In the second frame it
again looked as if the Lions
were going to run the
Centenaires right out of the
rink as they upped their lead
to 5-0. The Centenaires

p.m. to 5:00 p.m. at the
Seaforth and District Arena.
The cost is $10 per person.
The Lev81 11 Clinic is

These clinics are open to a
limited number of people but

ten apiece in the period.
Both teams had one power
play goal in the game, while
the Lions picked up 24
minutes in penalties com-
pared to 20 for the Cente-
naires.

The Centenaires I have two
tough games this weekend
(both on the road) in Tavi-
stock Saturday night and in
Thedford Sunday night.
