Each member answered the roll call "name one way of providing a warm place for rising dough." Barb Scherbarth had pre• pared "buttermilk" dough to the first rising period. Included in the recipe was wheat germ, rye flour, and whole wheat flour, which makes this bread very nutritious. The dough was then left to rise and will be sampled next meeting. Meanwhile the buttermilk bread and rolls were put in the oven for 25 mintues. After clean up. the girls enjoyed sampling both the bread and the rolls.
