January 4, 2015 Mrs. Audrey Anne (Bain)
Mitchell of RR #2 Bayfield and formerly of
Londesborough in her 81st year. Beloved
wife of the late Elwood Mitchell (2012).
Loving mother of Traci & Robert Radford of
Londesborough, and Mark & Laurel Mitchell
of Clinton. Cherished grandmother of Terry,
Eric & Shelby Radford, Amanda, Jacquelyn
& Tyler Mitchell. Dear sister in law of
Madelyn Bain of Seaforth, Maurice Mitchell
of Stratford, Martha Mitchell of Bayfield, and
Bruce & Kay Mitchell of Owen Sound. Also
missed by several nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by her daughter Nancy Anne
Mitchell, brother Wally Bain, and by in laws
Earl, Connie, Brian, and Edith. A
celebration of life service was held at the
Londesborough United Church,
Londesborough on Friday January 9, 2015
at 2 p.m with visitation one hour prior to the
service. Cremation with interment of ashes
at Avondale Cemetery, Stratford at a later
date. As expressions of sympathy memorial
donations to the Canadian Cancer Society,
Clinton Public Hospital Foundation, or the
Londesborough United Church would be

suddenly, at her residence, on Friday,
January 2, 2015, Mary Anne Van Horne, of
Hensall, passed away in her 75th year.
Dear mother of Lori Flynn Mach of Exeter
and Susan and Darrell Faber of Brucefield.
Loving nana of Jake and Emily Faber who
brought so much joy and happiness to her
life. Dear cousin of Calista and Ken
McNairn and Jeff of London. Sadly missed
by the Avery and O'Brien families and her
many friends. Predeceased by her parents
Cecil and Irene (Layton) Van Horne, her
brother George and her son-in-law Alfred
Mach. Cremation. A Memorial Service will
be conducted on Saturday, January 10,
2015 at 2 p.m. in McBeath's, 79 King St.,

SHEPHERD, John "Morley" - Died
suddenly at his home in London, Ontario on
Thursday, December 25, 2014 in his 61st
year. Much loved son of John Alexander
Shepherd and the late Dorothy Eileen
Shepherd (nee Remy) (2011). Loved also
by sisters Dianne (Bill) VanderWal, Barbara
(Denny) Knott, Karen Winter, Bonnie (Larry)
Kraemer, Ruth (Andrew) Wall and brothers
Garry and Beverly Shepherd. Fondly
remembered by many nieces and nephews,
best friend Jelal Khan and his church group
where he was planning to be baptized on
his upcoming birthday in February. A
private family service will be held at the
DAVEY LINKLATER FUNERAL HOME,
Kincardine. Interment, Kincardine
Cemetery. Memorial donations to the
Mission Services of London would be
appreciated as expressions of sympathy.
Although Morley lived the last part of his life
in the city, he loved country and small town
life, his motorcycles, which he loved to fix
up, ride and collect. Most of all Morley
loved to be with his family celebrating
special anniversaries, Easter, but most of
all Christmas.

Peacefully at Huronview Home, Clinton, on
Tuesday December 16, 2014 Patricia
"Marie" (Connell) Proctor of Clinton in her
90th year. Beloved wife of the late Cameron
Proctor (2012). Loving mother and mother
in law of Doug & Shirley Proctor, Patricia &
Greg Armstrong, Greg & Denise Proctor,
and Louise Proctor. Sadly missed by 11
grandchildren & 7 great grandchildren.
Survived by brother in law Doug Wilson.
Predeceased by 2 sons Jeffrey (1976) and
Clare (2006) and grandson Jacob (2014).
Friends were received at the FALCONER
FUNERAL HOMES 153 High Street,
Clinton, on Friday December 19, 2014 from
12 noon until time of the funeral service at 1
p.m. Cremation to follow with interment of
ashes at Clinton Cemetery at a later date.

WEBB, Roberta "Robbie"
Jacqueline - Passed away peacefully at
Sunnybrook Health Sciences Centre on
Friday, January 2, 2015. Roberta
Jacqueline Webb (Heard) was in her 75th
year. Daughter of the late Dr. H. Stanley
Heard and the late Dorothy Heard (nee
Dodd) of London and Bayfield, Ontario.
Loving sister of the late Wesley Reid Heard
aka "Joe'Beloved wife of William A. Webb
for more than 54 years. Devoted mother of
sons, William R. Webb and Robert J.
Webb. Precious mother-in-law to Dr.
Agnes Wong and Noriko Webb. Cherished
grandmother "DeeDee" aka "the KK Lady"
to Stephen, James, Aiko and Masato. She
was a life long learner and avid reader who
loved reading with her children and
grandchildren. She shared her love of
literature, travel, film and the arts with her
family and friends. DeeDee was most at
home when relaxing on the beach at her
family cottage "Braeside" in Bayfield,
Ontario. Roberta was at her very best in
the midst of great adversity which she faced
with both humour and clarity of purpose.
She was always looking out for the well
being of others ahead of herself. Her
incredible generosity of spirit, her deep
desire to help others and especially her
boundless capacity to listen - to both
spoken and unspoken words, were her
finest characteristics. Roberta was an avid
supporter of the Glenhyrst Art Gallery of
Brant, the Burlington Breast Cancer
Society, the Canadian Red Cross, and the
well being of indigenous people. Roberta
successfully battled cancer a number of
times and was at peace in her final months
given her personal experiences as a
palliative care support volunteer. Visitors
will be received by the family at the John T.

2:00 - 4:00 p.m. and from 7:00 - 9:00 p.m.

Basilica, 196 Dufferin Avenue in London,
Ontario on Thursday, January 8th, 2015 at
11:00 a.m. A family burial will take place at
