Lions Club has released their
annual donation list for
2015/2016. The total dona-
tions are $7,880.86.
The recipients are: Alexan-

met for the last time before
the New Year on Tuesday,
December 8. Murray Perdue
and Clark Forest placed 1st
with 45 pts, close behind
with 43 pts were Cor Vander-
hoven and Eric Wheeler, 3rd
was Gary Preszcator and
MaryHelen Mclachlan with
42 pts , 4th spot was
Dave Whyte and Ken Pollock
with 40 pts and close behind
in 5th spot was Sam Bradica
and Joan Beierling with 39
pts. The Club will meet again
on Jan 12 2016.
The Odd Fellows hosted
another wonderful meal on
Thursday, December
10. Cook Dorothy
McGregor cooked up a
storm. Special thanks to
Dorothy and her helpers for
the delicous meal from all
the card players. Cards fol-
lowed with 7 tables in play.

stayed at the same table all
night. Dorothy led every-
one in a sing song at the
end "We Wish You a Merry
Christmas'.

Worship Sunday in the

nity United Church with
Francis Kinsman and Joyce
Hummel being the greeters.

Time Rev. Randy spoke
on Celebrating the Feast of
Santa Lucia (St. Lucy). This
was the Swedish tradition
which Randy explained.
Dorothy McGregor read the
Gospel reading and Rev.
Randy's Reflection was on
"Make Room for Joy".
Next Sunday, December 20
will be Christmas Sunday
and the 4th Sunday of
Advent.
There will be a Christmas
Eve Service December 24 at
7:30 p.m.

The Municipality of Central Huron is one of nine communities
involved in a process of learning about Adaptive Phased
Management (APM), Canada's plan for the safe, long-term
management of used nuclear fuel. The Nuclear Waste
Management Organization is working collaboratively with the
community to advance preliminary assessment studies.
Learn about APM, meet NWMO staff, ask questions and
offer your thoughts. Drop in to the NWMO community office
and Learn More Centre in Clinton.
