A large congregation at-
tended the sermon on Sun-
day. The theme "A gift from
God," was introduced with a
prelude of Christmas music
by Louise McGregor.
Welcoming were Ian Hul-

and Anne Marie Thurlon.
The Sunday School pupils
accompanied by teachers oc-
cupied front pews.
Rev.. Scott welcomed all

program "Cool in the furn-

Walton United Church by our
Junior and Senior choirs with

At the end of another
bowling month the Snapdra-
gons bowling team are in the
lead with 60 points and the
Bluejays are next with 54.
In third spot is the Impa-
tience with 44 and the Sweet
Peas last with 24.
In the individual standings
Penny Overboe had high
average 185, followed by
Marlene Armstrong and Dor-
othy Airdrie with 179. Dor-
othy Airdrie also took high
single with 299 with Lena
Nesbitt second with 268.
Lena Nesbitt also had high
triple 664 and Marlene Arm-
stong also runner up score
650.
Nancy Wallace is still the
most improved player with
plus 13, Shirley Bell and
Lynda Renkema are the run-
ner ups with plus 11.
The Fitness group would
