Futures Development Cor-
poration (CFDC) is actively
setting up a program, Sen-
iors Connect, to identify
issues, priorities and actions
that need to be addressed to
prepare for having the ser-
vices in place for the aging
population in Bruce County.
The plan is to have a group
of volunteers within each
municipality under the
Bruce CFDC catchment
area to be representatives of
the seniors, aged 55 and up,
in their municipality for this
program. Orientation meet-
ings were held in the south-
ern municipalities of Bruce
County on September 2,

and Ripley for Huron -Kin-
loss. A third session was
held the same day in
Chesley.
