KEMP
In loving memory of Cody Kemp, who
passed away November 2, 2014.
The moment that you left us,
our hearts were split in two;
one side was filled with memories,
the other side died with you.
We often lay awake at night
when the world is fast asleep,
and take a walk down memory lane
with tears upon our cheek.
Remembering you is easy,
we do it every day;
but missing you is a heartache
that never goes away.
We hold you tightly within our hearts
and there you will remain;
you see, life has gone on without you,
but will never be the same.
So dearly loved to never be forgotten
and will remain in our hearts forever.
-Mom, Steve, Devin, Heather, Tyler,
Grandma Henderson and family.

GILCHRIST
There are so many people to thank for their
support over the last 9 months. We appre-
ciate everyone who took Grant for his
treatments to London and others who of-
fered. There were many people who visited
just to brighten Grant's day and offer moral
support to the rest of us. Thanks to those
who provided a constant supply of delicious
food during his illness and this past week.
We are grateful to the people who helped to
make the wedding in June a special day for
everyone. We also thank the friends, rela-
tives and neighbours who came for a walk
or a bike ride. Special thanks to my Care -
partners visiting nurses, Joan, Anne and
Pam, the eShift program that provided night
support with the personal support workers
from Carepartners and the services pro-
vided by the CCAC, including the Grey
Bruce palliative team.
Thanks to Dr. Shubat who provided excel-
lent medical care, along with his staff, Deb
and Tanya and to our co-workers who were
so understanding and covered for us when
we weren't able to be at work, to Mary Ellen
and Amy at MacKenzie & McCreath whose
compassion and professionalism were
greatly appreciated, to people who sent
flowers and made donations, to Lynne Wil-
son for her regular visits and for conducting
the funeral service, to the Legion for the
lovely lunch and most importantly, to family
who have provided love and a helping hand
anytime it was needed. We will be forever
grateful for all of you! Denise, Brad & Kris -
tie, Jess & Neil, and the Gilchrist family.
WALTERS
The family of the late Gord Walters would
like to thank relatives, friends and neigh-
bours for their many acts of kindness and
support shown over the past few months
through hospital & home visits, cards,
phone calls, on-line condolences, flowers
and food. Also, thank you for donations
made in Gord's memory to Royal Canadian
Legion Branch 109, Knox Presbyterian
Church, AM&G Hospital and various
charities. Thank you to the Rev. Bill Van-
derstelt and our Knox Church family; Gord's
many Legion friends, especially Norm,
Tom, Bob & Allan; the excellent nursing
staff at AM&G Hospital and Drs. Stein-
mann, Neal, Dawson & Duckworth, along
with Dr. Hsia in London. Also thanks to the
"home team" from CCAC, Care Partners
and St. Elizabeth's and to Chris at McCal-
lum & Palle Funeral Home for his guidance.
We really appreciate everyone who came
from near & far October 18th to celebrate
Gord's life. When God takes a loved one
away from us, he leaves the best part in
our hearts. - Winnie, Joanne, Bill, Steve &
families
