AUSTIN, John Francis - Of Ashfield
Township, died on July 5, 2015 in Lucknow
at the age of 91. He is predeceased by his
1st wife Grace (Courtney), and 2nd wife
Rose (Murray -Bowler). Dear father of Joe
(Julie Foxton) of Goderich, and Ralph
(Cathie) of Langley, BC. Remembered by
his stepchildren: Art, Dean, Murray, John,
Anne, Ella, Norma, Elizabeth, Carol,
Sharon, Bonnie, Elwood, and Therese.
Missed by his grandchildren Peter, Jennifer
(Steve Kelly) and Liam, and by his many
stepgrandchildren. Predeceased by his son
Eugene and two infant children, stepson
Jim, and siblings Vincent, Wilfred, Eldon
and Teresa Courtney. Visitation held at
MacKENZIE & McCREATH FUNERAL
HOME, Lucknow on Thursday July 9, 2015
from 2 - 4 & 7 - 9 PM, with Vigil Prayers at
7:00 PM. Funeral Mass conducted at St.
Peter's Catholic Church, Goderich, on
Friday July 10th, 2015 at 11:00 AM. Father
Gary Ducharme officiated. Pallbearers were
John Joe Bowler, Dean Bowler, Mike
Courtney, Francis Hogan, Terry Austin, and
John Paul Austin. Flower bearers included
Liz Ferris, Catherine Ferris, Jennifer
Miltenburg, and Debbie Robertson.
Interment at St. Joseph's Cemetery,
Kingsbridge. Donations to the St. Joseph's
Kingsbridge Community appreciated.
