Competition was held at the
Legion on February 13, 2015.
There were 3 levels of compe-
tition in which the Lucknow
Central Public School and
Brookside Public School divided;
primary storytelling, intermedi-
ate speeches and junior
speeches.
In the Primary Storytelling
category: first prize was won by
Annan Moffat of LCPS with
"Smelly Socks", second was Elle
Schumacker of LCPS with "The
True Story of the Three Little
Pigs and in third was Quinlyn
Stanley of BPS with "Snowmen
at Night'.
In the Junior Speeches category:
first prize was awarded to Sarah
Durnin of BPS for "My 4-H Sheep;
second was a BPS student, third
was Coby Schumacker of LCPS
with "Mother Nature':
In the Intermediate Speeches
category: first prize went to Nikki
Marion -McMahon of BPS for
"Imagination" second was won by
Haley Gibson of BPS for "Cougar
Attack" and third went to Cameron
Murray of LCPS for "Being a
Canadian':
