Ontario SPCA shelters across the province have experienced an influx of cats that are looking for new homes. The iAdopt for Love blitz will run between Feb 1st and February 16th, 2015 at all Ontario SPCA Branches across the province. During this adoption blitz, all adult cats (8 months +) will be available for adoption at the great value of only $99! All cats are spayed or neutered, microchipped and up to date with their vaccines. The average cost of care for one cat over the course of its stay is $458. To view the cats cur- rently available for adoption at the Ontario SPCA Huron County Branch visit huron- county. ontariospca. ca. "The Ontario SPCA is in the business of changing animals' lives and to do that we need the public's help!" says Tamara Minns, Branch Coordinator. "You can do your part today by opening up your home to a cat in need! Now is the best timing with Valentine's Day and the Family Day long weekend approaching. If you aren't able to adopt, you can still make a difference to ani- mals in need by participat- ing in National Cupcake Day"" coming up on Febru- ary 23rd." The Ontario SPCA Huron County Branch encourages anyone thinking about adopting one of our amazing animals to take the Meet Your Match' adopter survey before coming into the shelter. Upon complet- ing the survey it will give you a color based on your preferences and lifestyle. On your visit to the Ontario SPCA Huron County Branch, let our adoption counsellor's know you have completed your survey online or print out the results and we will give you a purple, orange or green guest pass to match the pets who might suit your lifestyle and wants best. You don't always have to go with your own color, but at least you'll know who you're mixing with! To take the adopter sur- vey and learn more about Meet Your Match-, visit www.meetyourmatch. ontariospca.ca. It is a fun experience and takes just a few minutes!
