100 years and seven months. The re-
markable feature is that these deaths are
the only ones occurring at Goderich,

The average age at death of those who
passed away here during the last six
months of 1005 was -82, ouly six persons
being between 20 and 6O years or age.
From July 1, 1005, up to the present date
twelve persons have died aged from 70
to 101 years of age, out of a total of 28
deaths in that time. Goderich business

entered an action for damages against
the Guelph and Godetielt railway for in-
juries received on September 5th last,
while driving along the diversion road
