The fact that during the past fifteen months over five thousand five hundred dollars has been expend- ed upon necessary permanent bridge works, besides discharging every other obligation, without increasing the rate of taxation over,one mill on the dollar above 1904, should cause every rate- payer to realize that he is a Worthy servant to whom anyone might well confide their own private affairs.
