Terry Gray notched the fourth Seaforth goal

p m. at the Seaforth and District Migb
School The registration fee will be $25 per
person. Please bring your own small piece
of furniture to work on. The program will
last for 10 weeks.
YOGA with Rita Loftsgard will be held on -
Wednesday mornings, beginning January 6,
from 8:30 to 9:30 a.m. at the Seaforth and
District Community Centres. The 'nista-
tion fee will be$25 per person for a 10 week
program. The format for each class will in-
clude relaxation, breathing," standing
postures, sitting and kneeling postures, ly-
ing down postures, concentration exercises,
recovery and stretch. In this class you will
learn how to stretch out tension, strengthen
