There are tapes by. many of the playing
pros, teachingpros, and those who teach the
pros. There are entertainment tapes such as
"Stay Still While I Hit You", "Pressure
Golf" and "The Entertainers along with
tapes 'available on old -British Opens and
Masters tournaments.
Whether you're' a golf beginner, an ad -
stunning victory, the "Rules of Golf", by
Tom Watson and Peter Aliss, and of course
Jan Stephenson's golf video. Series.of tapes
can be utilized to learn how to build a golf
swing including woods, and long irons, mid
and short irons, putting, -chipping, sand
play, and even golf strategy. There is .also a
new video available for left handers entitled

Ken Doig Jr. who also filmed much of the

a lesson on tee shots and irons at 8:30 p.m.'

potluck supper as we host Exeter,
Bluewater, and Maitland. Local lady golfers
are invited for a fun nine holes of golf at

Maitland Tuesday evening June 23.

SPS athletes show stuff in track. meet
On Tuesday, May 26, Seaforth Public
School students from Grades 4 to 8 braved
the hot, humid conditions to•participate in
the school's annual track and field meet:.
Participants showed their athletic ability
in events ranging from a variety of short
and long distance races to' those such as shot
put and triple jump. Principal, Gary Jewitt,
complimented all the entrants for their
determination and sportspersonship follow-
ing the meet.
When. overall results in each age division
were calculated, the following students
were •congratulated for outstanding
performances: •

First Runner Up-- Mike Miller; Second Run-
