promoted to Squadron Leader and then to
Wing Commander. His Air Force appoint-
ments were as Station Chaplain -at RC.A.F.
Station Goose Bay, in Labrador; and at
R.C.A.F. Station Crumlin, outside London.
In that latter appointment, his principal
responsibility involved the N.A.T.O. flying
crews training in Canada. The family resided
in Dorcheater and in Laical]. With the
appointment to Air Force Headquarters as
Deputy Director of Religion Administration,
the family moved to Ottawa; this' Ottawa
appointment was a five-year term. The next
stage in his Military career was his
appointment as Command Chaplin for the Air
Transport Command, headquartered at
RC.A.F. Station Trenton, Ontario; this
position Involved the pastoral are for the

Reverend and Mre. Stuart returned to the
beginnings of their life together, the role of

the land, and with parishioners devoted to the
land, was always a cherished part of
ReVerend Stuart's ministry, and of the
Stuart's life together. .
Following his retirement from the active
Ministry, Reverend Stuart resided for a time
