DINOSAURS was the name of a play put on at Seaforth Public School recently. A
theatre group called Erehwon (that's nowhere spelled backwards), based in Toronto,
put on the play using masks and puppets, to teach students of all ages about the huge
reptiles, and about theatre and acting. Corbett photo.

LAST CHANCE FOR CHRISTMAS PORTRAITS
Walton youth is
big winner at
Royal Winter Fair
BY TRACY BOSMAN
A RR 4 Walton youth has performed well
at the Royal Winter Agricultural Fair in
Toronto.
Jeff Robinson, 16, recently finished his se-
cond year of competition in the fair. He took
first place with the grand champion market
hog, and was second best showman in the
junior class on Friday. After placing ninth
last year, he took four pigs into this year's
competition. About 35 competitors were
entered in the class.
At the fair, judges look for a well struc-
tured pig that is clean, has good muscle
tone, little loose skin, and is a good walking
pig.
"It takes about five months to raise a good
market hog," said Jeff.
Jeff feeds the pigs the same feed as the
others, but cleans them more often.
In the junior class competition, the way
the pigs are shown is by letting them fun
freely in a ring. Helpers are in there to move
them around for the judges to see.
Expositor seeking
Christmas recipes
With the Christmas holidays fast ap-
proaching, kitchens will soon be filled with
the aroma of freshly baked goodies.
This year, The Huron Expositor would
like to lend a helping hand by having a
Christmas recipe page. Any hne wishing to
share their favorite recipe is invited to br-
ing or send it to The Expositor office. As
many as possible will appear in the
November 30 edition of The Huron
Expositor.
This year, start a new baking tradition
or share an old one.
The deadline for the recipe entries is
November 24.
