celebrated,their 40th wedding anniversary
on Saturday, August 27 at the Brussels, Mor-
ris and Grey Community Centre. Friends
and relatives attended from Orangeville, St.
Marys and the surrounding district.
Visiting with Don and Mrs. Cotton on Sun-
day Aug. 28 were Garnet Starr and Joyce
Brown, Wallaceburg, Lori Starr and friend
Sandy, Kitchener, Janice Brown, Sarnia,
and Mr. and Mrs. Steven Starr and daughter
Natalie, Owen Sound.
Mr. MacEngel spent several days with

Coutts were Mr. and Mrs. Gordon Wade,
Livermore, California; Marie Burgess,
Callander Nursing Home, Brussels; Bob

Mr. and Mrs. Wade and Mrs. Burgess also

Mr. and Mrs. Allan McCall and Mrs. lie,
Stevenson, Ron and Chris attended the
Canadian National Exhibition in Toronto on
Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Warren Brown, Joanne and
Aarron of Ingleside arrived Saturday even-
ing and spent the rest of the holiday
weekend at the McCall home.
Several young folk of the community are
back to college. Richard Love to Georgian
College, Barrie; Craig Hackwell to Fan-
shawe, London, Sandra Sholdice, John
Huether to Guelph University. Public school
and high schools will all be a lively spot -this
Tuesday when its back to school following
the summer break.
The United Church Women will start their
meetings for next season with both units
together, September 14. The executive will
plan coming events this Tuesday night.
