LEGION NEWS Ata committee meeting last week, it was decided to hold °a dedicatory service at the 'cenotaph on Sunday May 27 at 2 p.m. honoring the Korean War veterans for their part in the action that cost some 500 or more lives and many More wounded. Invitations are going out to the various branches in the zone inviting them to participate in the parade. For the last 30 years there has been no recognition at the cenotaphs for those who died or were maimed for life in that "Police Action" in Korea. With the respect these volunteers deserve, it is time their sacrifices should be preserved for posterity. We hope the citizens of our community will be with us to pay our -respects at this time, especially to those who never returned. At the going down of the sun and in the morning we shall remember them. Gordon Scott. P.R.O.
