supper guests last Sunday with Mr. and Mrs.
Lewis Stonehouse.
Mr. and Mrs. Jim Paff of London were
recent weekend visitors with her parents Mr.
and Mrs. Leslie Vincent.
Mr. and Mrs. Cecil Armstrong of Thorn -
dale recently visited with Helen Martin and
other relatives in this area.
Mrs, Jack Van Niekerk, Jeff and Sheryl of
RR 2, Shanty Bay sent the weekend with her
'brother and sister-in-law Mr. and Mrs. Ken
Hopper and family. ,v
Mr, and Mrs. Garner Nicholson spent last
weekend with Mr. and Mrs. Ron Nicholson
and Sherri of Barrie.
Mr. and Mrs. Rob Roy of Lakefield spent
last weekend with their parents Mr. and Mrs.
. Ross Anderson. Mrs. Rick Ball and Matthew
of Hanover visited on Sunday at the same
home.
William Gow has recently moved to
Qioderlch, his new address is 110 Newgate
•SStreet, Goderich.
Harry Wilson and sons have purchased the
home of William Gow. We welcome them to
the village.
Mr. and Mrs. Stanley Black returned home
following a three week vacation with their son
and his family Mr. and Mrs. Kenneth Black of
Brandon, Manitoba and other friends and
relatives.
Tillie Gaunt and Lila Shickluma of
Wingham were Friday afternoon visitors with
their cousins Mr. and Mrs• Lewis Stone-
house.
Agnes Bieman and Olive Bolt were guests
of the Belmore WI at their bicentennial
dinner Friday evening.
Olive Bolt attended the anniversary dinner
served in the Belmore Community Centre; on
Saturday, to celebrate the 40th wedding
anniversary of her cousins, Mr. and Mrs, Carl
Nickel of the Wroxeter area.
Mrs. Tom Garniss of Brussels and Mr. and
Mrs. Lewis Stonehouse attended the funeral
of their. cousin, Harry Ellery of Mount Elgin
at the McBeath Funeral Home, Ingersoll on
Saturday.
Mr. and Mrs. Brian Storer and Adam of
Kitchener, Mr. and Mrs. Larry Mayberry,
Marilyn, Kimberley and Darryl of Londes-
boro were Sunday visitors with Mr. and Mrs.
Clarence Hanna.

Mrs. Edgar Wightman was able to return
home on Friday after being a patient in the
Wingham and District Hospital.
Robert Coultes of the Brookhaven Nursing
Home, Wingham and his son William Coultes
have returned home after visiting with the
latter's daughter Joanne Coultes of Victoria,
B.C. They also visited with Mr, and Mrs.
Michael McNall of Victoria. In Calgary they
visited with Agatha Hasse and Bradley Cook.

Smith of Brussels was a cousin Edna Harris
of Queanbeyan, New South Wales, Austral-
ia.
Paul Nichol of Guelph spent the weekend
at the home of his parents Mr. and Mrs.
Ross Nichol. Monique MacKinnon of
Burlington was a Saturday visitor at the
same home.
A good crowd was in attendance at the
dance at the Brussels, Morris and Grey
Community Centre Saturday evening which
was sponsored by the Brussels Legion #218.
Fred Stute of Durham spent the weekend
at the home of his parents Mr, and Mrs.
Fred Stute of RR 4, Brussels. Myrtle May of
llderton is spending a week at the same
home. Mrs. May is Mrs. Stute's grand-
mother.

The November meeting of the WI was held
at the home of Mrs. Wilfred Strickler.
Mrs. Gordon Engel reported on the Wi
Guelph Area Convention tteld in Brussels,
Norman Saxon and his assistant talked on
computers.
The Christmas meeting was planned for
Dec. 6 and special guests will be the Ethel
Wl. There will be a $3 gift exchange.
