largest crowd ever at bazaar
The annual bazaar and tea held at Seaforth
Health Care Facility on Saturday was a
success with the largest crowd ever present.
There were many articles for sale including
home baking, ceramics, craft table and
Christmas corner. A special attraction this
year was the children's corner featuring the
Cabbage Patch Kids.
The draw was held for articles tickets had
been sold on: First prize, the Dresden .plate
quilt went to Edward Maloney of Dublin;
second prize the television cushion was won
by Janet MacDonald, Seaforth and third prize
the hanging plant and hanger was won by
Jackie Radio, RR 2, Dublin. The top ticket
salesmen were Lennie Bloomfield and Sid
Pearson.
Church service was in charge off Rev.

William Barber on Wednesday afternoon.
Carol Carter presided at the piano for the
singing of the hymns.
ati ck Ryan was the high bowler last
Monday with a score of 161.
Thursdeyy afternoon two films were viewed

parents Mr. and Mrs. James Cameron of
Sarnia, Helen Cameron of Brussels, Karen

visited her father Dr. Ernest Sadiier on
Saturday.
Patrick Ryan was a house guest at the home
of Mr. and Mrs. Mike Miller of St. Josephs

lnvestitute at Queen's Park when Lieutenant
Governor John Black Aird and Premier
William Davis, presented the Bravery
Medals to deserving members of the fire
brigades and police forces of Ontario. Mr.
Sills is chairman of the Firemans Bravery
Committee.
Mr. Neil Ryan of Calgary spent the past
week with his parents Mr. and Mrs. Joseph
Ryan.
Alcan Sourbutts of Seaforth recently
returned from a holiday in England. While
there, he attended the funeral of his sister,
Phyllis Scholes, 81, of Blackpool.

Phillip Speak and Cathy Ryan and grand-
daughter Kimberly of Woodstock.
