Connolly of RR 1, Kirkton died at the Seaforth Community Hospital on Tuesday, Oct. 2. He was 65. Surviving besides his wife, the former Mary (Dow) Johns of RR 1, Kirkton, are one daughter, Betty, Mrs. Louis Nigh of Strat- ford; two step -daughters, Margaret, Mrs. Barry Miller of RR 1, Kirkton; Doris, Mrs. Earl Rock of RR 4, Walton; two step -sons, Donald and Kenneth Johns, both of RR 2, Staffa. . Also surviving are two brothers, Edward of Toronto; Peter of Seaforth; and one sister, Mrs. Margaret Laugenslager of Kitchener; one sister-tn-law, Shirley, Mrs. Jack Sager of St. Marys; two brothers-in-law, Ray Ruston of St. Marys and Ben Ruston of RR 2, Staffa; three grandchildren, Marianne, Julia and Cathy Nigh; and nine step -grandchildren. He was predeceased by his first wife, the former Violet Ruston in Aug. 1980; two brothers, one sister and one step -grandson. Funeral service was held from the Lockhart Funeral Home, Mitchell on Friday, Oct. 5. Rev. Donald Pletsch and Rev. Robert Matheson officiated. Interment in Roys Cemetery, Fullerton Township. THELMA BROMLEY A former resident of Hullett Township, Thelma Bromley of Kitchener died on Tuesday, Oct. 2. She was 79. The former Thelma Dale, she was predeceased by her husband Arthur Bromley and one brother Verne. Surviving are two brothers, William J. of Seaforth and Arnold of Clinton. Funeral service was held from the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, Seaforth on Thursday, Oct. 4. Interment in Maitlandbank Cemetery in Seaforth. JOSEPH STOREY Joseph McIntosh Storey of RR 3, Clinton died at St. Joseph's Hospital, London on Monday, Oct. 1. He was 78. Husband of the late Sarah E. Howatt, he is survived by one son James Storey of RR 3, Clinton. Also surviving are five sisters, Tilly, Mrs. Jock Earl of Athens; Kathleen, Mrs, Wilmer Cuthill of Seaforth; Clara, Mrs. Elmer Dale of Clinton; Margaret, Mrs. George Wasson of Blyth; Mavis, Mrs. Arthur Guest of St. Clements; eight brothers, William of Seaforth; Ted of London; Orville and Charles of Seaforth; Elwood of Wood- stock; Harold of Seaforth; Lloyd of Stratford; Arnold of Milverton; two grandchildren Lisa and Bill Storey. He was predeceased by one brother Frank and one son Francis. Resting at the Beattie Funeral Home, Clinton, funeral service was held from St. James Anglican Church, Middletons on Thursday, Oct. 4. Flynn died at Huronview, Clinton on Friday, Oct. 5. She was Predeceased by husbands, Jack Ferguson and Thomas Flynn, she is survived by one sister, Mrs. Lily McKellar of Seaforth. She was predeceased by three brothers, Edward, James and John and two sisters, Elizabeth and Margaret. Funeral service was held from the Whitney-Ribey Funeral Home, Seaforth on Tuesday, Oct. 9. Interment in Maitlandbank Cemetery, Seaforth. Pallbearers were Lorne Carter, Harold Knight, Gord McKellar, Arnold Dale, Ron Jewttt and Jack Carter. JEAN SIMPSON The former Jean Munroe, Jean Simpson of London died at Victoria Hospital, London on Friday, Oct. 5. Predeceased by her husband William John Simpson, she is survived by her children, Gerald, Jacqueline Machina and Jill Mitch- ell; two grandchildren, William and Joshawa. She was a sister of Earl Munroe, Herrington; Eric Munroe, Seaforth; Lee Munroe, Calgary; Frances Munroe, Florida. _Funeral service was held from the John T. Donohue Funeral Home, London on Tuesday, Oct. 9. Interment in Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, London. ARMOUR OUNDAS Armour Dundas, formerly of London, died at Huronview, Clinton on Saturday, Oct. 6. He was 93. Surviving besides his wife, the former Agnes Clark, are two daughters, Muriel, Mrs. Robert Millar of Vancouver; an¢ Vera, Mrs. Vince Barnett of Windsor. Also survived by one brother, Torrance Dundas of Walton; one sister, Tillie Margaret Dundas off Huronview; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren. He was predeceased by one daughter, Jane; and two brothers, Willis and Bob. Funeral service was held from the Brussels Chapel of M.L. Watts Funeral Home on Monday, Oct. 8. Rev. Charles Swan offici- ated. Interment in Brussels Cemetery. DARYLHODGERT Daryl William Hodgert of Waterloo died at the War Memorial Children's- Hospital in London on Wednesday, Oct. 3. A son of Bryan and Linda Hodgert, Daryl was enrolled in kindergarten class at Empire Public School in Waterlob. He is also survived by his grandparents, Eileen and Bob Beattie of London; Lois and Bill Hodgert of Seaforth and his great-grandmother Mrs. Annie Harrison and his great-grandfather Ralph Sumner. Surviving are several aunts, uncles and cousins. Funeral service was held from the Edward R. Good Funeral Home, Waterloo on Friday, Oct. 5. Interment in Exeter Public Cemetery.
