making flowers. paper tole and pine cone
wreaths and so much more.
Dorothy will be co-ordinating craft classes

limited and as Dorothy said they are "playing
it be ear" as to what to order for stock.

two youngsters were small (they're now 19
and 16 years old) she sewed a lot of their
clothes and now has turned that talent to

spoon racks that can have a glass panel
inserted to protect your collection and
shadow boxes made from basswood and oak.
Dorothy also carries a line of wooden clocks
with some of them painted by hand .in
intriguing designs and scenes. Or if you have
a few ideas of your own you can order the
clock works from the shop and make your
own.

Seven young women are vieing for the title
of Huron County Dairy Princess.
One will be chosen on Sept. 8 at the
Howick Community Centre at the dairy
princess hall sponsored by the Huron County
Milk Producers.
Anita Hamming is the 18 -year-old daugh-
ter of Kornelis and Grace Hamming of RR 1.
Auburn- Born and raised on a dairy farm.
Anita is starting her first year in architectur-
al technology at Humber College. She is a
