Residents enjoy outdoor barbecue Friday was Barbecue Day at the Seaforth Health Care Facility and the weatherman favored with beautiful sunny skies by dinner time. Over 40 residents enjoyed hot dogs and hamburgs on the patio. After the last two days of violent storms and a fire alarm scare, residents enjoyed being outdoors. During the noon lunch Yvonne Haney was presented with a gift on behalf of the staff and later the dietary staff had a small party with cake and ice cream. Yvonne has been a member of the dietary staff for sometime and will be missed during her absence. Sid 'Pearson and Maxine Elliott represent- ing the Resident Council presented a gift from the residents to Tracy Nath following her recent marriage. Tuesday afternoon several residents accompanied by Ainne Rowland and Mary Finlayson attended the funeral and commit- tal serbice for the late Ross Houghton at Young's Funeral Home in Stratford.
