Basebal Meeting.
A meeting of the officers and players
of the 'Winghatn •ase ball club was
held at the reside e of the Manager
T. J. McLean, on ' 'day evening, Nov.
27th. There was a full attendance,
Mr. R. Clegg, presic ent . occupying the
chair. The busines of the past season
was gone through; reports were read
from the secretary s owing the club had
been very successfu , having played fif-
teen games, winnin eleven. Ont of 167
runs scored, the ho ' e team scored 115.
The treasurer also • 'esented his report
for the season show ng an expenditure
of $527.62 and recei .ts from all sources
$527.82, leaving a b• ance of 20 cents.
