Death of Th mas G. Elliott
This week we ecord the death of
one of the sturdy.. ioneers of this sec-
tion in the person f Thomas G. Elliott,
who passed away at his home in the
Town -Plot on Sat rday last, in his 83rd
year,' Mr. Elliot was stricken with
paralysis on Frida evening and up to
Saturday afterno • it was thought he
was recovering, hen a weakness of
the heart caused is death. Deceased
was a native of S otland, having been
born in Rosshire i 1828. In the spring
of 1848, in compa y with his parents
and other membe s of the family, he
