KILLED IN A MINE. , A few weeks ago Mr. William Clark • arrived from England, accompanied' by his daughter; and paid a brief visit to his niece, Mrs. E. Butt of tho Base Line. The (laughter accepted a situation in town, but Mr. Clark, who had been engaged in mining in •the Oler Country, went to Hibbing, Minnesota., and it was while employ- ed in a Mine at that place that litk met his death. in an accident last week.
