Your support for our family since we were given that horrible "C" word on December 29, 2017 has been overwhelming. Lee was my rock for almost 54 years and worked as a team and later on as a family having Carol, Kim and Debbie. The care for him was great with Wanda and Nurse Practitioner Alison keeping him comfortable at home and Dr. Sleeth as well as nurses and doctors in hospital during his short stays. Thanks for all the phone calls, food and visits in those six weeks and at the time of the funeral. We were ever so grateful for all our friends, family and the many people Lee had met during his hoof trimming and showing cattle over 40 years who came to the funeral from near and far. Dayna, Doug and Sean at McBurney Funeral Home, you made a difficult situation easier with all your compassion and to Rev. Jeff Hawkins, you were our mentor. George Earley, your eulogy: certainly everyone would know Lee better if not before. Dave Hasson, your words of wisdom got everyone's attention and to all the grandchildren, your memories are many and lots never told. Thanks to pallbearers Travis, Tyler and Cole MacPherson, Garet and Ryan Smuck and Brock McLean; flower bearers Laura, Ashley and Shelby Higgins, Ashley Clarke and Ashley Baker and his hockey buddy Claire McCutcheon. Thanks to the Knights of Columbus and Sue Doig for the luncheon. The flowers, donations, cards and gifts, memories to all our family memorial tributes were so overwhelming and the time you all took to pay tribute to Lee. We will cherish this time we had forever. Even though there is a big hole in our family we must go on and cherish the mentor of knowledge Lee had and gave. Forever – Lila Rintoul, Carol and Steve MacPherson, Kim Higgins, Debbie and John Smuck and families. 10-1 Help wanted KRAEMER CONCRETE LTD. looking for FULL AND/OR PART-TIME READY MIX DRIVERS for their plants in Brussels and Brunner.
