Monday of this week when our boys
were able to shut out the SePoys by

went to bob and crossed the plate
twice while in the sixth they took
three runs and in the eighth one.
Elmer Moore, of WinghtIm, was the
umpire and gave good decisions.
The Luck now boys got sten on
bases on the 2nd, 3rd and 8111, hut
were unable: to squeeze one. Luck•
now pitcher had 10 strike -outs to
his eredlt, while the two home

The Blyth Council met as a Court
of Revision on Monday evening, the
Reeve, Dr. W. J. Milne, in the chair
and Councillor's Bitintol, Carter and
Hill were present.
Each of the ab .ve subscribed to
the statutory allienuatiun.
The following appeals were laid
on the table and considered :-
Lancelot Nethery sold lots 6 and 7,
block: 1, McCaughey's survey ; lbu'-

husband in Clinton 26 years ago and
for the past 22 years has lived in
East Wawanosh, Two children are
living t`o mourn the loss 'of a kind
and loving mother -a son, Thomas,
and tt daughter, harry. Deceased
also leaves two brothers and two
sisters in Dumfries to nlonrn her de
ptu'ture. The funeral tools place
yesterday 110111 her late residence,
lot 34,.con, 4, and the body was in-
terred in the Westfield cemetery.
A large number of friends following
the remains to their last resting
place which showed the high esteem
in which the deceased was held,
MRS. HENRY CRAIG.
Another sudden death was that
of Mrs. Craig, who died on Saturday
morning last about 9.30 o'clock.
Her maiden name was Isabella Ada
Nethery and was a daughter of
Wm. and Mrs, Nethery, of East
Wawanosh, She was married to
her husband on January 190, 1904,
and is survived by her husband, a
daughter 3 years old, mother, father,
4 brothers and one sister. The
cause of her death was toxemia.
She was a member of Trinity
church, Belgrave, and her pastor,
Rev. Mr. Hartley, conducted the
services at the house and grave on
Monday, The pall bearers were
Norman Welsh, Albert Welsh, Mait-
land Bell, Thos. Williams, Arthur
Williams and John Hallahan. '1'u
Mr. Craig and relatives the sym-
pathy of the community is extended
in this their hour of mourning. AL',
Craig wishes to heartily thank his
neighbors and friends who so kindly
assisted hint durhlg the illness and
death of his late wife.
