Theselotsare near the shore of Lake Huron, and are
very desirably situated for building purpoies. The
recent discovery of salt in the neighborhood will no
doubt have the effect of rapidly increasing the imputa-
tion of the town.
Each lot will be put up separately, the purchaser at
the time of sale shall pay down a deposit equal to £10
for every £100 of the purchase money and it sufficient
sum within two weeks after the sale to make up one-
fourth of the purchase money, the balance to be secured
by mortgage, payable in three equal yearly payments
with interest at eight per centum per annum, the
mortgage to be prepared by the Vendors Solicitor at
the expense of the purchaser, in other respects the
conditioos ofsale will be the standing conditions of the
