The ;meeting agreed to extend,
an invitation to Igii W. A. Goo i
fellow, Ontario Minister of Agri
culture, to officially open the fair.;
Consideration, was given the pro --
vision of financial .assistance to
clubs.. who would provide exhibits
at the fair, such as Homemaking,
Club and Garden Club. The pro-
posal, advanced 'by Mrs. J. Hille-
brecht, will be considered again.
District Councils will • be ap-
proached again to provide assist-
ance by ,way of grants. Named to
represent the society before the
Councils were; Hibbert, Ted Mel-
ady°; M1op, R. T. Bolton and

Campbell and Joe Devereaux;
Seaforth, Fred Snow and R. W. Mc-

Chairmen of the various com-
mittees were urged to review with
their co,pjjnittees requirements of
•the sections Tor which each is re-
sponsible. Changes in prize ,lists
and other recommendations will
be considered at the next meeting
of the board, tentatively set for
May 21. _
