The Christmas season of parties
and gaiety is also the season for
horse d'oeuvres and it's agreed
that salty, savoury hors d'oeuvres
are less filling than sweet ones. For
this reason as well as for their
good flavour, celery, onion and gar-
lic salts are often used as season-
ing in dips made from pate de fois
gras or cheese and in fillings for
devilled eggs or bouchees. They
add a piquant touch that whets
the appetite.
"Second, (to battered- boxes)—
"Lgok, Joe, I got a swell idea.
Next time he hits you. you hit
him back!"
Season's Greetings
The patients and staff wish to
thank all those who sent flowers,

were greatly appreciated.
