Hanek, with 36 ladies present. Mrs. Alex Boys, president of the W.A., opened the meeting with Hymn 376, "Blest Be the .Tie That Binds," and all repeat- ing the Lord's Prayer in unison. The minutes of the last meeting were read and adopted, and roll call was answer- ed with the word 'Love'. Business was discussed and plans were made by the ladies of the church to cater for a dinner for the Women's Insti- tute District Annual, to be held in the church on Wednesday, May 29th1 Hymn 488,- "Come, Let Us Sing ,of a Wonderful Love," was then sung. The topic *as given by Mrs. J. McGregor, entitled" "It was her thinking of oth- ers that made us think of her." Mrs. T. J. Richardson then presided for the W.M.S. part of the meeting in the absence of the president, Mrs. ,Gardinet.• Hymn 409 was sung and Mrs. Keys led in prayer. Mrs. Hay gave a report -of the Presbyterial that was , held in Wingham on April 25th. Mrs. A. McLellan read a paper -on "Christian Love."
