Upon a visit to:a fantail American
town in one of the United States, I
chanced with a few other friends, to
visit the comity court house and jail.
That visit and -its associations are
stamped upon ray -memory in such a
way that the "Sands of Time can never
deface." Even now the dark stone
walls loom rep before. me and I can hear
