She was helping an older brother hitch a team to the mowing machine when the horses suddenly started. Thornas,- Principal of the Mildmay Public School for several years past, has accepted a situation as Princi- pal of the Baden School, Waterloo county, at an increase of $150 per year on his present salary, and will shortly remove to that village to take his new c harge.
